The AKA Assist app designed for AKA (Auckland Kindergarten Association) who is Established in 1908 with more than 150 locations.
The AKA Assist app provides a series of digital forms to kindergarten staff, managers, their contractors and field force teams to report issues, allocate jobs and track them to completion as well as manage their health and safety obligations and they plan to use the app to make these processes automatic and compliant to government law.
Service requests coming thru from app users are managed by the Auckland Kindergarten Association shared services team with background workflows directing requests to approved service providers.
